Maternal Levels of Care Rules Effective March 1

The final Hospital Level of Care Designations for Maternal Care, 25 TAC, Chapter 133, Subchapter K, §§133.201 – 133.210 were published in the February 16, 2018 edition of the Texas Register, and become effective March 1, 2018. Next PAC Meeting to Take Place November 20th in Austin

The Perinatal Advisory Council will have its fifth and final meeting of 2017 on Monday November 20th from 10:30-3:30 in Austin.  They will meet in the public hearing rooms (1st floor) at the Brown-Heatly building located at 4900 N. HHS Now Accepting PAC Membership Applications

DSHS Posts Centers of Excellence for Fetal Diagnosis and Therapy Draft Rule

The Department of State Health Services has posted the draft rule for Centers of Excellence for Fetal Diagnosis and Therapy designation.
